You describe the project, we book a visit. We look, we measure, and we ask the questions that prevent surprises.

A line-by-line document: what’s included, what isn’t, and the sequence of work. Nothing buried in a single lump sum.

Work proceeds in the planned order. One point of contact for the whole project, reachable throughout.

Handover
We walk it together, list the last details, fix them, and hand the space back clean.

What kind of work do you do?
Residential renovation (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, open-plan conversions), interior construction, post-disaster reconstruction, and water damage restoration. All four are handled by the same crew. We don’t build houses: no foundations, no framing, no roofing.
Are you RBQ licensed?
Yes. Our Régie du bâtiment du Québec licence number is 5829-6468-01. You can verify it yourself in the RBQ's public licence-holder registry — it's the first thing worth checking before letting anyone touch your property.
What areas do you serve?

How do I get a quote?
By phone, by email, or using the quote form on this site. The form lets you attach photos of the space or the damage, which speeds up the first assessment considerably.
What should I do immediately after water damage?
Shut off the water supply if you know where the valve is, and cut power to the affected area if water is anywhere near outlets or the panel. Photograph everything before you move anything — that’s what your insurer will ask for. Take out what can be saved, then call. Don’t wait for it to dry on its own: moisture inside a closed wall doesn’t evaporate, it grows mould.
