Water damage
Roof or foundation leaks, burst pipes, sewer backup, dishwasher or water-heater failures: water damages twice, once arriving and once staying.
The visible part of water damage is almost always the smallest part. Water travels through wall cavities, under subfloor and into insulation, and a floor that looks dry on top can hold moisture for weeks.
Closing a wall before it is genuinely dry guarantees a mould problem later. We don’t close anything until it’s dry.

On site
Work proceeds in the planned order. One point of contact for the whole project, reachable throughout.

Handover
We walk it together, list the last details, fix them, and hand the space back clean.
