Disaster recovery

Full reconstruction after fire, sewer backup, major damage or any event that makes part of a building unusable.

A disaster is two problems at once: the building, and the paperwork. They run in parallel and one usually blocks the other.

Our work starts with making the site safe and documenting it, because anything not documented before demolition becomes very hard to have recognised afterwards.

How a project runs

Four stages, in this order. You always know where the job is and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Call and visit

You describe the project, we book a visit. We look, we measure, and we ask the questions that prevent surprises.

  2. 02

    Itemised quote

A line-by-line document: what’s included, what isn’t, and the sequence of work. Nothing buried in a single lump sum.

  3. 03

    On site

Work proceeds in the planned order. One point of contact for the whole project, reachable throughout.

  4. 04

    Handover

We walk it together, list the last details, fix them, and hand the space back clean.

Let’s talk about your project

A ten-minute call is usually enough to know whether we’re the right people for your job.
