Renovation

Residential renovation is the core of our work: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, open-plan conversions and full apartment refits across Greater Montreal.

A 1920s Montreal plex does not renovate like a 2015 condo. The walls aren’t straight, the plumbing has been redone three times, and there is almost always something behind the partition nobody planned for.

That’s why the first step is a survey, not a catalogue. We measure, we open up where it’s needed, and we price what we actually found.

How a project runs

Four stages, in this order. You always know where the job is and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Call and visit

You describe the project, we book a visit. We look, we measure, and we ask the questions that prevent surprises.

  2. 02

    Itemised quote

A line-by-line document: what’s included, what isn’t, and the sequence of work. Nothing buried in a single lump sum.

  3. 03

    On site

Work proceeds in the planned order. One point of contact for the whole project, reachable throughout.

  4. 04

    Handover

We walk it together, list the last details, fix them, and hand the space back clean.

Let’s talk about your project

A ten-minute call is usually enough to know whether we’re the right people for your job.
